Property: TBzTD is a safe secondary amine promoter, mainly used to replace the thiuram type additive TMTD, as the presence of nitrosamines is harmful. According to published literature, N-nitrosodibenzylamine is not carcinogenic.
Usage: In the application of natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber, it can be used as a main or auxiliary accelerator for rapid vulcanization. When used with ETU, modified natural rubber can be used as an inhibitor. Compared with TMTD, TBzTD is safer in processing and has a longer scorching time.
Packaging: Composite paper bag, lined with plastic film bag, net weight of 25 kilograms.
