Product Usage: This product has a dual structure of hindered phenols and acyl calluses, while also having antioxidant and metal deactivation functions. This product is a metal deactivator that can be used alone or in combination with conventional antioxidants, exhibiting excellent synergistic effects. Suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyamide, and polyester, especially as antioxidants for phenolic resins, it can effectively prevent self oxidation caused by the presence of transition metal ions (such as catalyst residues) in polymers. Adding to polymers used for insulated wires and cables (including polyolefins and elastomers) has a better effect. The perfect melting characteristics make it easy to mix into the aforementioned polymers and other polymer systems without dispersion issues. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5 parts.

Product Description: The appearance is white to slightly yellow crystalline powder, odorless and non irritating. Soluble in methanol and acetone, slightly soluble in chloroform and hexyl acetate, insoluble in water, solubility: (weight percentage at 25 ℃) Toluene: 0.01. Good storage and transportation stability, low toxicity of this product. LD504500 mg/kg; (Acute toxicity test in rats).

Storage and packaging: This product should be stored in a dark, normal temperature, and dry place. The packaging is cardboard barrels lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg/barrel or according to user requirements.
